The objective of AASDC is to mentor young minds through verbal and visual means to create
self belief in them to grab opportunities and excel in life.

• Our academy focuses on serving as an extension of classroom experience by providing individual and group tutoring that go hand in hand with our demo classes, workshops and presentations that not only just meet but exceed the expectations of our ever changing global society.
• We strive to replace monotonous memorization techniques and repetitive exercises with a well designed plan involving a blend of methods and materials which is tailored to suit each individual by understanding their capabilities.

The AASDC has an efficient and transparent method of handling the students by understanding their abilities since no two students are alike. Whether the child has fallen behind or way ahead of the class, we have a discrete prescription waiting to feed their hungry little brains in the right pace, right style and with the right skills. In AASDC we follow a four-fold process :

1. Analyse:

The journey of a student in AASDC starts with a SWOT analysis ( Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) where the students are assessed based on cognitive exercises, observation and questionnaires. It has proven to be very helpful to the students in knowing “who I am” and also gives an insight to the teacher in mentoring them to craft a plan for improvement, depending on the results of their analysis. We also emphasise on Goal setting which helps them realise what they are striving for.

2. Plan:

Since every child is unique and has different set of skills and interests, so the mentor personally makes a plan that maps out whatever he/she needs to learn and improve and their parents will be kept informed regularly throughout the execution of the plan. We keep track of their lags and improvements and re-adjust the plan accordingly after every milestone that is achieved. Our students are constantly motivated to achieve their goals through personal and academic counselling sessions.

3. Impart:

Our teachers do more than just instruct, they are trained to teach according to our hand crafted CAP (Concept, Application, Presentation) technique which has given fruitful results so far. We teach through applications and visual aids to make learning more fun along. Since we believe that interaction is everything, our students are engaged with frequent demo lectures and encouraged to ask questions like “how” & “why” which is scientifically believed to be a good technique for lasting memory.

4. Implement:

We measure the progress of your child by observing how they use the skills being taught. A student’s acquired knowledge is showcased only when it is result oriented, so we make sure students score good with constant assistance for presentation skills and time management to get the best of results.
